Power is strength plus speed. DisruptiveStrong Athletics uses olymic lifts, plyometrics, and slams to increase strength and speed in all directions.

Completing our program requires discipline and consistent effort. Mental toughness, stamina, persistence, and tenacity will be achieved for those who complete the DisruptiveStrong Athletics program.
